Trail Running
Running on the trails is a great way to improve your fitness, experience the beauty of nature and get away from the hustle and bustle of daily life – if you do it right! Come and learn the joys of running off the beaten track and learn the skills to tackle any terrain.

Location: Nerang State Forest - meet Lawnhill Drive Park (note this is not at the Velodrome entrance) Time: 7am - 9am Cost: $50 per person What to bring: Running shoes and clothes, hat, sunscreen, water **How fit do I need to be? Total running distance will be about 5km including a few hills. The pace of the session is very easy and would suit anyone from a complete novice trail runner to someone with some prior experience wishing to improve their technique.
