Online 1:1 coaching is the best way to get the most out of your training. You are out there doing the work and it is important to know that you are doing the right training for your event or goal. Dave is an IAAF Level 3 Distance Running Coach, and ASCA Level 2 Strength and Conditioning Coach, meaning that he has undergone additional coaching training and education from National and Olympic level coaches. He is also a qualified and practicing Physiotherapist so understands how the body moves and how to prevent injury as well as manage athletes back to running following an injury. He is experienced in coaching athletes from all backgrounds and with all levels of experience. He is also a seasoned athlete in his own right and blends his experience as a Physio, Coach, and an athlete to help you achieve your training goals.
Dave has assisted many runners to achieve a diverse range of goals. From learning to run 1km as a complete novice, to returning to running after complex surgery, through to completing events around the world from 5k to 200k including:
