Running Workshop - Performance

Take your running to the next level!  

If you have already attended the Fundamentals Workshop or are a more experienced runner wishing to explore the possibilities of technique training then this is the workshop for you.

You will learn:
  • Running drills for speed and strength
  • Mastering the art of downhill running
  • Running uphills made easy
  • How to structure your speed training for maximum gains
  • Refresher of principals from Fundamentals Workshop.

2020 Dates TBC

Duration:  6am-8am (2 hours)
Location:  Somerset Park Athletics Track, Swanton Drive, Mudgeeraba
Cost:  $50 per person - pay on the day.
What to bring:  Running shoes and clothes, hat, sunscreen, drink and food.
How fit do I need to be?   Total running distance will be about 3km including a voluntary warm up.  The workshop is aimed at all levels and ages of runners and you will only need a basic level of fitness to get the full running technique experience.
