Running Technique Workshops - Level 1
Have you ever wanted to run further, faster and with fewer injuries? One of the most rewarding ways to improve your own running is through improving your running technique.
Join a friendly small group workshop either on your own or with a friend. No prior experience necessary!
You will learn:

Duration: 6:30am-8:30am (2 hours)
Location: Somerset Park Athletics Track, Swanton Drive, Mudgeeraba.
Cost: $50 per person - pay on the day.
What to bring: Running shoes and clothes, hat, sunscreen, drink and food.
How fit do I need to be? Total running distance will be about 3km including a voluntary warm up. The workshop is aimed at all levels and ages of runners and you will only need a basic level of fitness to get the full running technique experience.
